Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We process your personal data in accordance with Article 6 of the UK GDPR. We rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) to respond to your enquiry, to manage our relationship with you and your organisation, and to keep our website secure

  • Your employer, where they have commissioned or funded your place, for attendance and completion information
  • Regulatory or public bodies where we are required to do so by law

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
